Further I would like to have a credit for the last 30 days where i have been debited Rs/- 10 EVERYDAY

and follow the steps.

Give your mobile number for unsubscribing it (in the middle of the page). You will receive a pin on your mobile. Give that again in the browser. You will be completey unsubscribed.
