[Resolved] M/s PAL INFRASTRUCTURE & DEVELOPERS (P) LTD, GURGAON — NON REFUND OF INVESTMENT IN FLATS AT FARIDABAD | |||
I had invested Rs.7.65 Lacs during 2006 for a flat at Faridabad Sector 78 in M/s Pal Infrastructure & Developers (P) Ltd., Gurgaon with its corporate off at Sikander pur near IDBI Bank. There is no any development at site till to-day. Many investors had filed cases against the builders. When i contacted the builder for refund, Director of the company Mr.Manav Chandra & Rajesh had flatly refused to refund. The directors had informed us to apply any source & force to my capability at any level at Faidabad & Gurgaon. I had filed complaints at all level at Faridabad & Gurgaon - to administrative & Police Commissioners level since 2008. Till now no action against the builder.The builder is bold enough to digest all investments of 1100 investors to the tune in Crores. I had also applied in Economic Offence Wing, Delhi H.O. Very regret that there is no one to listen to the innocents in the country. Very suprising that the judiciary is also at stake with the builder.The builder flatly responds to report to any commissioner in the district at any level. 1. Can any body flash out the episode in the leading national newspaper against the Fraud / Cheaters. 2. The builders site is Sector 78 & 89 in Faidabad & Sector 95 in Gurgoan. 3. Few group members of the investors had filed FIR against the Company at Prasant Vihar Police Station & hearing is scheduled on 7th July 2010. 4. Can any media cover the issues on the grass root level about the company. 5. Plz help innocents which in turn to save the public & the country as a whole from the hands of such fraud / cheaters. This is absolutely correct..these builders are not carrying out any activity in any of their projects. They are simply saying that they do not have any money to invest at the moment. This is our hard earned money which we have saved in years and how can they get away so easily?? Why nobody is taking any action against them???

Even i am duped by Pal Builders . There false hopes and promises are now getting onto my nerves too . We requested them to dissolve the deal and return the money for which we recieved PDC's. Now they are bouncing back .
Can you share your contact no. I was thinking if we can get hang of people around who are duped by them and then together take some step ??

I filed a complaint against Sh. Harpal Singh, Manav Chandra & Rajesh Kumar, the directors of M/s Pal Developers & on the same complaint the FIR was lodged vide FIR No. 354/10 P.S. Preet Vihar. The accused persons during the hearing of the bail application were directed by the Ld. Judge to join the investigation & as such they will join the investigation in P.S. Preet Vihar. If any body has warrants against them, they can get the same executed during that investigation, because it is very difficult to trace these directors otherwise.
I am also one of you and invested money in Pal's faridabad project. I anyone of you has any success or if anything is going on against them let me know and I will join you.

This is a fraud company. They have cheated me as well...
Important Information regarding PAL Builders/PAL Infrastructure and developers Gurgaon.

This is an very important information for all the PAL Builders investors who has been cheated.
EOW has seized all their land through Court & soon their promoters will be arrested.EOW has finally actioned after numerous reminder from last two year.
I have invested in two plots of their Neemrana township and till now neither the project came nor the money has been refunded by these cheat & fraud builders.
They tried to fool the public again by showing resupmtion of construction work in their Faridabad projects and trying to extact more money from the pubic, now all been halted.
The court has seized their land and soon their properties will be autioned by the liquidator and money released will be refunded to the complaints.
All those who has been cheated by this Fraud builder are requested to contact the EOW at the earliest along with all the original documents and EOW will seize the documents and provide you with Seizure Letter. All are request to approach office of Inspector Vinod Gandhi at Mandir Marg EOW Building.
Now we hope that after years of fight, soon these fraudsters will be behind the bars.
