1- 5 street lights in front of houses 1001.- 1025 sector 44-B not working including one at x ing prone to accidents. 2- 50% light in parks at the same location not working. 3- --Road badly damaged in front of # 1001 sec 44-B. 4- --House Nos painted at the direction board at the corner of 1001 indicates[protected] it should be corrected to[protected]. 5--- wild grass growth inside parks and on road sides need regular cleaning/ trimming.

Garden of annuals in sector 44-B is popular amongst the residents of area . sr. citizens are also using this park early morning and after sunset. Regular maintenance of lights is therefore essential. A few flood lights on top of adjacent Multi -storied govt building may be use full. A preventive maintenance schedule at a regular period of 3 months could be planned.Maintenance of all the parks can be explored to be given to advertisers for free maintenance like roundals
Each park in Chandigarh should be marked under the care of a officer/ councillor / sponsorer and his contact no displayed. Best maintained or complaint free park be suitably honoured by corporation once a year A
