I have been working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for more than 10 years. 5 months ago one day I felt some heaviness in my head and went to a doctor. The doctor examined me and said that you have high blood pressure and prescribed me medicine for that. After continuing medicine, I am feeling a little better but not completely normal. Every two or three days I have the same problem.
Most of all I have a serious gastric problem for so many years and take medicines, But I feel uncomfortable every time. I also have problem in my ear.

I TOTALLY agree with the compalints. one thing i have noticed is that most of the good comments and enquiries are from Islamic people or with islamic names. I wonder if this is a trick by Dr Munir to make money from Fragile patients to support and spend the money on some Islamic Activists and terrorists. This is just a thought. Making money and use for trrorists activities.

Well, well, well, i have seen that lots of ppl are asking wether Dr Munir's medicine does really work or not. One thing is VERY CLEAR, Dr Munir's medicine may NOT work BUT YOUR MONEY IS REALLY GOING TO WORK FOR HIM!!!
