[Resolved]  My TVS, Madurai — Worst Service

I purchased a Fiat Petra 2005 model car Registration number is TN-67-M-2949 as a second owner and from the day one it was serviced by the TVS. So far I have spent more than a Lakh as service expenditures and till today the service expenditures are continuing. The latest service was started on 08.06.2011 and it was assured on the part of the TVS that the car will be returned within two days. Problems are identified one after another and after getting approval the problems were rectified. Finally an assurance was given that the vehicle will be delivered on 13.06.2011. The service engineers and their superiors are very irresponsible and they are not bothered about the vehicle owner's importance. One such problem in my car is that the Air Conditioner is not working and it was reported to the TVS six months back when it was given for service. The TVS said the AC is perfectly working. For the same problem it was once again given after 20 days. Same answer was given by the TVS. On 08.06.2011 the TVS said there is a leakage in the AC coil. The attitude of the TVS can easily be understand by any prudent man that the TVS is waiting for the death of AC coil and finally spelled out that the problem is from AC coil. It is unfortunate that the TVS is doing the above falsehearted. The service engineers of TVS wanted to deliver my car in a casual manner on 14.06.2011 at 5.30 p.m. at my residence which was refused by me. I want to know whether the TVS is like other ordinary roadside mechanic or a professional? I will be happy if I get the answer for the above within 24 hours.
