Today, Oct. 14th i have again received SMS from Blue dart intimating that this consignment will be sent by end of today and to keep rs. 1999 ready. I REFUSE TO DO SO. Please call for it back from the couriers end itself. Above all, please keep either a mobile number or a toll free number when your staff answers andchecks details at an absolute "SNAIL" speed after having told them also very systematically. Everything cost MONEY AND TIME. Your office will try "BARELY ONCE", and write to the customer they kept trying and did not receive any response, RIDICULOUS... Such activities are only of "FRAUD COMPANIES". AWAIT IMMEDIATE ACTION.
