N73 — regarding headphones volume keys,of the right headphone.

sir,
recently i have purchased N73 HS16 from Suskisha Urban State Phase I Jallandhar.Punjab.for Rs 14270 /- which is dearing price for me.I hav gone to every nokia care in Jal. and Shimla.But problem is not solved.And now i m frustrated,and i m lodging a complaint. Problem is of the volume Keys which are on the back side of the right of the head phone and its sound quality is also not good as compared to smaller head phones.
Sir either tell them to replace or return the price of the set.
Hope u vl soon reply with the solution.

N73 — irrational behaviour (of mobile)

I purchased a Nokia 73 in Feb 2008 from a mobile store in Sarita Vihar New Delhi-110076. It has been giving me a special problem of suddenly getting switched off while in use. It used to recover after a while say 20 seconds and start-up. Today it got switched-off while in use but never recovered. It is still in OFF mode. Please let me know what I should do and why this problem.

N73 — LOST

Hi,

I lost my Nokia N73 with the EMI no [protected] along with the SIM & memory card.Could you all please help me to trace it .if not possible could you disable the phone completely including the memory card.I have already reported it in the local thane about the incident, I am from kolkata.Even the Nokia care is not helping to disable the phone completely.

Nokia N73 — manufacturing defect

i had bought a N73 9 months ago, its body colour is fainting off, it is gauranty period nw.Is it replacable..moreover its memory card got corrupt in 7 months...plz guide me.!!!

N73 — NON RECEIPT OF CLIENT COPY

Dear Sir,

Recently I got my mobile N73 repaired at Nokia Care, Bala Nagar, Hyderabad. They gave my mobile back after 3 days saying its software problem.

They have handed over me my mobile by taking the acknowledgement on job sheet no.2895 (ESN No. [protected] and on collecting my job sheet also.

When I asked for my copy (customer copy), they replied me that there is no customer copy and advised me to take a photocopy. Its very ridiculous asking the client to take a photocopy. I never expected such a service from a company like NOKIA. As customer I have every right to know the problems attended by Nokia Care duly acknowledged by you mentioning the problems attended, so that history of the problems on my mobile are recorded for my reference.

Henceforth I request you to consider this point and make mandatory to give a copy to customer.

N73 — the phone has the manufacturing defect

I want to complain about Nokia and Nokia Care Representatives. I bought the N73 phone on March 19, 2008. It was a defected piece. The speakers were not working properly. It is a music addition phone, so the volume must be high, but its speakers' volume was even lesser than a normal handset (without camera, Bluetooth, FM facilities).

I sent the phone to Nokia to check the issue with speakers and they returned the phone after one week saying that the speakers are working properly. It is the highest volume. One month went in this hassle and my phone dealer (as stated by him) that for my goodwill, he has changed the speakers.

I used the phone for another one or two months and now, I regret that I purchased such a mobile that’s not working. The mobile hangs so much that I have to wait at least 5- 10 minutes to call someone. I cannot receive calls; there is an issue that it does not reflect that someone is calling me. It just reflects the missed calls. But as soon as I click on to view them, they are lost and there is no call in my call log. My phone speakers are the worst speakers. My music files stopped automatically as the phone got locked.

I am working as a Senior Executive at IBM Daksh. I usually do Night Shifts. It is not possible for me to go to Nokia Care everyday. I sent the phone to Nokia Care in July end or August Beginning (does not remember the exact date). Since, that day, I went to Nokia Care to take back the mobile. The representative there told me that my phone is working. It works for one hour, you can say in front of them and then the same problem occurs.

I went again to the same Nokia Care the next day. They submitted my phone and the representative said, it will be working within the next one week. The same issue between me and Nokia Care went on for two months. Now, in September the issues were to the heights. I have to wait sometime for 24-48 hours to use my phone. Atleast 5-7 times, I went to Nokia Care and every time, they gave me their service sheet that my phone is with them. When, I told them to check the hassle, they said that the phone came to Nokia Care for only one time.

After all this hassle, I regain my powers and submit my phone again for replacement on October 25, 2008. (I literally fought with them to atleast my phone must work). The Manager, Mr. Baljeet, over Nokia Care ( Jail Road ) said it has been sent to Bangalore for replacement. I am without my phone for more than 40 days. The biggest mobile company has not solved the problems; the customer is facing due to their mobile.

Mr. Baljeet asks me to wait for week’s time after October 25, 2008 to get the replaced phone. I called him after 2 and half weeks, on November 12, 2008. He said, please wait for another one week. All these fake statements changed to two more days since December 1, 2008. I called Mr. Baljeet on December 8, 2008 and threaten to contact consumer court, he said, phone will be in Nokia Care till evening. Now, its December 13, 2008, I am writing this complaint to you to help me out. I am still without the phone. The Job Sheet No.s are:

I don't want the same phone now as its condition will be worst that ever before due to this hassle. My knowledge says that all the parts of the phone must have been ruined. N73 — Operations are very Slow

Dear Nokia CustomerCare,

I bought N73 piece 2 years back.All the operations are dead slow.
It is taking minimum of 50 to 60 seconds of time for each operation.Its so irritating...the only thing forceing me to use this mobile is.. its gud sound and 3.2 pixel camera.

Kindly help me out of this problem.

N73 — mobile repair

i bought nokia phone in the month of mayo8, in jan09 i had a problem of joy stick not functioning properly

there was no other problem in the phone, i went to service center in goregaon link road, i was told that ther is a trace of water drop/ moister near the volume control switch, where as my volume switch is functioning perfectly, so i have to pay rs 1350 for the joy stick the staff and the owner at the nokia care was rude & arogant, i have used my phone very carefully & never even cought it with wet hands or got it close to water,

i am a nokia fan & user for last12 years my first nokia phone was 2110 bought for rs. 38000/
i trust the company & belive that would be able to help me & do the need full

I have N73 & last three months i have some problems with my mobile its gets hang in massages, contact & music Player . And become very slow in open any applications . so please anyone can help me on this .

is the company still producing n 73 ?
