16 gb spy pen — defective piece not replaced
Sir,I had ordered a 16 GB Spy pen camera from NAAPTOL. The product was delivered on "cash on delivery" terms. I was supposed to pay before opening the consignment thus giving me no chance to verify the product. The product was found defective. I called up NAAPTOL and they SMSed me the address to courier back and the courier agency who would carry it without charging me. The said courier agency didnot recveive without charges. I called up NAAPTOL, they confirmed me & told to visit after 24 hours. This happened 3 times over a period of 7 days and then I had to courier it back at my cost. Its 10 days by now and there are no information of the same. They have no idea when called up on their provided nos. All mails are remaining uresponded.

spypen — defective piece
Pleasure refer my order ava[protected] date - 27/7/09 invoice no x047 of ava merchandising solutiom pvt.ltd delhi. The order spy pen received by me is defective & inspict of several telephonic complains msg ava merchandising solution pvt.ltd is not replacing the defective spy pen set which is clearly cheating.plz take notice that if the pen not replace with in seven days. There will be no alternative for me to take the help of loaw & I will file a case in consumer court. this is for your information.
