I booked a product in Naaptol on 6th July 2014 and the order ID is 9769551. Due to poor quality I have returned the product back to them and got the package received confirmation message on 23rd July 2014. I have waited for 15 days to get the reorder coupon. On 9th August 2014, I called the customer service and raised a complaint and the complaint ID is 6787560. They informed that I will receive the message in 24-48 hours but I haven't got any message. I tried calling them once in 2 days but I got the same reply as "I will be receiving the message with in next 5-10min". Couple of 2 days back I contacted...

Hi Team, I bought a led projector from "www.naaptol.com" which promised to provide good display/HD display. I purchased it for the purpose of teaching students. The projector's display is so bad that I can't make out anything displayed on the screen. I called customer care the next day of receiving it however they were not cooperative. As per order No:10165434 of Roti Maker Electric, there is a problem of Operating with Electric Roti maker . The problem is there is electric shock s of operating with electric roti maker, so kindly sovle this problem other wise repleace my product as soon as possible. Hi, I have been a member of NAAPTOL since 2012 and had done some shopping in Dec'12 & Feb'13 totall amounting to close to 16K. As per their schemes on every purchase you make you earn Reward Points & gets into "In Progress" bucket for the admin team of NAAPTOL to verify and transfer the points to "Your Earned Points". I had my last purchase done on 14Feb2013 and had accumilated around 652 points under "In Progress" bucket post which i have never seen the points move to "Your Earned Points" till i made repeted complains till date. Few days back they moved 500 points to "Your Earned Points"...

hi i am mr. amit kumar.my order no. is 9763156.naptol delivered me product on 7-7-2014.after opening it i found its quality is very poor and not matched as shown on television.i call them and they assured me me within 2 days its return back.but that 2 days never came.i call them regularly and they said the same every time that within 2 days.and after more than 1 months product is with me.i am very much frustrated .big amount of money is wasted due to them.they are fraud.i request here to do something ...and pleazzzz help me return my money....

Had ordered a dress online on the 1st of August 2014. ( Order ID : 10089035 ) Was informed that the order will be delivered on the 4th August. Today 7th August I have still not received my order and called the customer service at +91 922 353 7000 and was shocked to hear that the order was just lying in their office till the 4th!! I would not recommend people to fall apray for these false commitments....

Hi Team, I am Ashish Taneja who has ordered a product from Naaptol on 30th April 2014. The product was sent across in 5-6 days and was shipped as a defective product. On speaking to Naaptol team, they asked to return the defective product back to the team and they will refund the amount back on the credit card. I ordered this product and I paid it online using my card. They told me that I will receive the product on 15th July 2014( Tuesday). Now today is 22nd July 2014 and when ever I call them and ask them to connect to the manager or supervisor, they put me on hold for 10 minutes every time. They asked me to call Aramax. | have purchased digital alaram clock with digital camera in silver color from naaptol site.They have handed defective piece.Camera is not working all and replacement of this product is within 15 days.Whenever I have phoned naaptol sale person they will keep a call on long hold then they will say our technician department will see.Within 48 hours you will get a phone call from our side.All in vain.Still am waiting for response.
