[Resolved]  Naaptol — Defective/Used BlackBerry Storm 9530

I ordered This mobile phone with Naaptol after seeing advertizement in news paper.

I found the phone was used one as it was having scratches at it back flaps and having lot of photographs inside. Also I newspaper ad shown a free blackberry pouch which I never received.

I called up company support lime but they said we donot send old phone and we do not take any complains after 24 hrs.

Even it takes couple of days to open and use a product on work days as very less time available and they never told this 1 day complain window in there paper ad.

Feeling bad about spending Rs10000 on second hand used product. Naaptol is definitely fraud conpany

blackberry storm9530 — used and damaged product

I ORDERED FOR A BLACKBERRY STORM9530 ON 24/5/11.ORDER NO:[protected]. AFTER ONE MONTH THEY DELIVRED THE ITEM WICH IS USED AND OLD WITH LOT OF SCRATCHES AND DENT ON THE SHELL.THE PHONE IS SHUTTING OFF ITS OWN .MY MONEY HAS GONE WASTE?THI IS A CLERA EXAMPLE OF FROUD AND CHEAT.THEY SAY RELIANCE IS A BIG COMPANY.IF SO DO THEY NEED MY Rs10000 ALSO.I AM CONSTRAINED TO GO FOR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGANST RELIANCE BIGADDA,ARAMEX COURRIER,SAI SIDDHI ENTERPRISE BANDRA WEST MUMBAI

Its Now I month since I have returned mobile phone to you but I haven't received any refund or replacement.

How long do you think it is reasonable time to expect a refund or new phone?

Still Naaptol is giving advert of this phone so it must be in your ware house!!!

Looking for a prompt settlement of this issue.

Now it is 4 month since I returned the Phone to Naaptol and I haven't got my refund.

I have called customer service dozen times and every time they say they are going to send cheque in 3 days.

Now I can understand how a company can cheat thousands of customer and that through ads in national news paper.

We must have some why where we can also launch counter ads to let people know how there fraud companies are operating and looting customer money in broad day light.
