i have not send the product...when i called your cc he told me to give the courier company name their e mail id and designation and i have given that and cc executive told me that they will contact me and so that i can send the product back to naaptol without paying any shipping charges ...and since then they haven't contacted me yet

We would surely initiat refund/replace for the defective product you received, we request you to visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the entire product to the below mentioned address:

Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same.
Request you to duly pack the product in the same original box that you had received along with the accessories/content at the time of delivery.
Also, ensure proper packing of the product is done, any defect /damage during transit Naaptol will not be held responsible.
On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [2955111] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.
Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.
Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.
It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & once the product reaches us we shall action further.
Request your patience in the interim.

i have complained from 24th december onwards..now it is 8th january 2012 and the product is still with me.
i want to send the product without paying any shipping charges.For that i have given the email address of blue dart operation executive upon the request from naaptol cc on 27yh december and the told me that they will contact the bluedart and request them to take back the product without any shipping charges and i will get a confirmation to report on the nearest blue dart office with the product and this will take 48 hours but nothing happened and i kept calling and calling everyday and the repeated the same 48 hour excuse now it is 8th january..what will i do?
i could have send the product back with the amount i spent on calling them..really a bad service and this naaptol is a real fake and You have to take action against them. If my problem is not solved in 2 days i will file complaint in the consumer court against naaptol
