Sir this is Venkat Alladi. I have ordered Aqua Dual Sim X2 Mobile in naaptol.com (HotDeals) site on 06/05/2009. They mention Assured Product Delivery in 7 working days in their site, but still I have not received the product. I have sent mails two times previously but there is no response to my mails. I have talked with their help line and complaint departments two times at that time they told me within two or three days you will get the product. But still also I have not received the Mobile.
