Hello Sir/Mam,
I purchased a VOX mobile phone from Naaptol a couple of weeks ago and by now, the charger stopped working and the phone gets switched off suddenly at least a couple of times a day. I raised a complaint and they want me to visit their service centers. The irony is that there is no service center in my area. When I insisted to get this changed they are telling me to send them back the mobile phone to Delhi and then they would inspect and send me another set. However, my experience with them is so bad that I doubt their professionalism and trust. Also, when I am sending them emails, my mails are bouncing. I am ready to accept another set, only when they send me one and then I return this to them, hand to hand, or may be by courier. Please help me.

Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).
On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [4417457] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.
Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.
Kindly write back to us at [protected]@naaptol.com or call us at [protected] & help us with the awb# after dispatching the product.
It would take 2-3 working days for the product to reach us, & once the product reaches us we would dispatched the replacement and a same would be couriered to you within 10-15 working days.
