I purchased a product mp9 recorder from naaptol.com. when I opened product it was compeletely damaged and of no use. I am calling them from last one and half month for either replace or refund but no responce. Was this information helpful? | |

I purchased the MP9 Digital Pocket Video Recorder, for my professional use. I was enjoying its use untill it fell down from my top pocket, in the office. The on/off button spring slacks, and cannot switch off. Records contineously untill battery discharges. How can one open and fix the on/off button spring?
