I have purchased Full Touch Screen Mobile F8, order # 1871807, it was delivered to be on 10th June, since the day I started using the phone, it is giving me constant problems, it gets restarted again and again, charging of battery lasts for 10 minutes, while it is charging, and if i pick up phone, i normally get electric shocks from the phone.
When I purchased the phone, it was told to me that if I didn’t like it, I could exchange it with some other product, and it has onsite 6 months warranty..
Now once i purchased there is no warranty or support, the customer care people are asking to take this phone to nearest phone repair canter and get the same fixed.

NAAPTOL — product warranty
i have ordered two products from naaptol whose advertisements come regularly in national newspapers regularly.the first product was a i2 media touch phone and my order no was 718158 and i received the product in sep 10.after all most two months o[censored]sage now i am finding that the touch screen is not working.i called up naaptol complaint no [protected] on 29 oct 10 and wanted to lodge my complaint as i have never dropped the phone or there is no external damage and at the time of ordering my product i was told and even the ads convey the same that the product is under warrant for 6 months .now the company is saying the warranty is for software problems and does not cover the touch screen issues.this should have been clearly told to me as once im buying a touch screen product and if touch screen itself is not under warranty would i ever buy such product?this is a clear breach of trust by the company who is fooling customers by giving false promises.i need to lodge a complaint against naaptol
