sir, i Bolaram Sanathkundan ordered a digital camera from naaptol.com (order no.2957116 dated 06.12.2011). The company delivered an empty parcel after receiving full payment. i complained about the empty hamper to the company, they assured us to be refunded within 21 days after several formalities but they didn't. I ordered a handy cam and a induction cooker when i received it in the box of handy cam there was a brick and there was a broken induction heater i have sent a complaint letter with 2 witnesses and post office stamped page what i have to do now
