This is Abhishek from Bangalore writing regarding receipt of a substandard product via the Order No. 4501366 from Naaptol.com.
I had ordered 1 unit of Transcend 16GB Micro SD Card Class 10 on 24th July, 2012 making a payment of Rs. 549.00. The generation of the card has been displayed in the image as well as in the description of the approximate transfer rate to be 10MBps. However, to confirm this, I even called the customer care and they assured me that the ordered Micro SD Card is segmented "Class 10". I received the product on 31st July, 2012 and to my surprise, I have been provided with a "Class 4" card. I hope steps should be taken not to trouble customers intentionally or un-intentionally. For an online purchase, we have to rely on the product description and the image displayed, and this belief must not be challenged.
On 1st August, 2012, I contacted Naaptol customer care to report the issue but they declined to extend any support mentioning that they even cannot register a complaint in this regards.
