Naaptol.com — Product not received since one month | |||
I saw a paper ad in Times of India during end of October displaying an @pad notebook. I ordered for the product and paid Rs.10199/- through credit card 30th October 2010. Later I was told to scan the card and send the copy. I sent the same too. I received an sms from Naaptol confirming on the dispatch of the product and will be at my doorstep within 5 days. Now till date I have no response from Naaptol.com. I have been constantly calling Naaptol.com and the shipper Aramex.com. Both of these companies are highly unprofessional and there is nothing I expect from these guys further. No one is interested to give a return call with the status of the shipment. On every call they give me a 1 week wait period and now today I called for a committed status or opt for a refund. And to my surprise the refund is a procedure of 15 days. These guys are just holding money and earning interest on it. Thats why they urge to buy through a credit card and also offers you a free gift if you go for it. I warn everyone to always opt for doorstep delivery with these guys if at all you really want to buy anything. In my case I am just looking at a solution to this deal.
