I Ordered a Handicam From Naptol By Mobile , When I Received it Instead Of Handicam There was a brick ,The handicam I Bought Was Of value=Rs 3807 date 22/7/12 bearing no 4481639 I have already sent ,When i complained in customer care they told me that send a application with two witnesses and post office stamp i did the same but all futile what i have to do now
