A easy mop product has been purchased from the said website and the vendor has delivered a damaged product on 30th dec 2011. After several followup with the said company nither they have replaced the product nor they have refund the amount till date. Now when I am forcing them to refund the same they informed that I have to courier the product to them as they dont have the courier service on that area and then they will refund. But already I have paid the courier/shipping charges for deliver the product which they are not going to refund additionaly again I have to courier the same.This way they are cheating the customer , if they dont have the courier service on that area then how they delivered the product, whicle returning back the product they dont have the coirier service. I want the legal action on them for harrasing me and also I want the to get my refund with interest for delay payment Was this information helpful? |
