Naaptol — Received cheap and mismatching product from Naaptol

I had purchased 1 gram gold coated jewellery set @ 2298 rupees from Naaptol site-Order No. 6996312 and received the product in 3 days. Surprised to see damaged and mismatching product in the packet so registered a complaint immediately and got confirmation for replacement. now the courier guy is again asking for payment of 2298 again to receive the replacement. much information as possible...
