Naaptol — Regarding Product replacement | |||
Basically I bought a Kenstar Induction Cooktop from worst online store in India named Naptol. I ordered it on 3rd of Feb 2013 and on 12th Feb i got the product but it was damaged. As per the customer care executive I sent this product for replacement on 16th of feb if I remember and its been nearly two months that i didnt got the product replaced.When I call the customer care they gave me foul reasons and say that product will be shipped soon but in reality it adds up to further delay. I don't know why they are so rude and lazy in helping out customers. My Suggestion: Never Buy a from Naptol !!! they are con!!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
