Naaptol / Touchscreen Phone — Faulty Product, no response

Touchscreen phone was purchased from Naaptol (Order No[protected] based on their ad in newspapar, faulty product was recevied and post making complaint via emails to [protected]@naaptol.com, i was asked to return the faulty product to Mr.Srihari....Aditya Info-tech Haridas market Bank street koti Hyderabad - 500195

Product was delivered on 23th Jan 2012, and today post 15 days there is no response even from NAAPTOPN team or their vendor Aditya Info-tech,

would inform all not to buy any products from NAAPTOL, just their low pricing is attracting everyone, would suggest all to carefully read terms and conditions with product specifications.

Its been more than 72 hrs, no one has called up from your vendor, Aditya Infotech, moreover i am getting email from your senior about courier details of product return which i have already sent earlier, it seems no one is bother check their mails on regular basis, inspite of sending all details still i am asked for giving details, it seems with this you guys are just stretching out the time..

anyways as said i am no more interested in talking to your vendor, its NAAPTOL i have dealt with and i need complete refund, kindly let us the know by when i can get the same to avoid further legal/press issues.
