[Resolved] Naaptol (www.naaptol.com) — missing accessories and missing applications | |||
Hi Sir, i had bought a HTC G1 mobile handset from naaptol shop online, i received the parcel on 27/12/2011 in that parcel USB cable and User manual was mising, when i switch on the phone browser application was also missing. i had given a complaint through thier online customer feedback. they had not responded to that and then i caled them on 28/12/2011 and they told they will call and solve the isue in 48hrs, but they did not call me. and 04/01/2012 again i called them and gave the complaint and insisted them to give me the complaint no.2165676 and till now they did not cal, so again i called on 07/01/2012 and now they are teling they cant solve it because it is late.
