Naaptol.com — Getting faulty mobile from Naaptol.com | |||
I have purchased a mobile phone f8 (order no. 1989340). On 9/7/2011 I got that mobile. When I open it and started to use it I found some fault in it. So I charged it & tried again to use it. Within 10 minutes it's battery goes down. And one major fault is that the sound of the mobile is too low. I hardly can hear that sound. So, next day I called naaptol.Com executive. He told me to show the mobile to the local mobile repair shop. So I went to the repair shop. He checked the mobile and told there is problem in a charger & in the mobile. So all this told to the naaptol.Com executive. He simply told me to return the mobile to the company godwon & gave me the address. But when I go to sent the mobile by courier co. They told me charges will be 430/- Rs. When I ask naaptol.Com executive about courier charges they told me to pay it myself. I refuse to pay the charges. I send a email to their ceo also.
