[Resolved]  Nagarjuna Finance Limited — Principal amount is not paid for the deposited money

I had also deposited Rs 5000/- on 04-08-07 Maturity date Rs 10000/[protected] but after sending several letters to the company they do not bother to reply me nor they repay my principal amount.Can any body help me to get my money back.

i have invested Rs. 10, 350/- on 18/03/1997 & maturity value Rs. 20, 700/- & maturity date was 18/12/2000 but after sending many letters to company they have not reply to my letters and not repay my maturity amount how can i get back my money

what the hell Government is doing?? enjoying the deposited from public. If Government can't take action against this case...its really showing its inability to rule and protect the people. Its shame on them. How many letters, how many times we filed complaint but all are in-vain. Please get up and take the serious initiatives against this of first order whom we can also refer as Nagarjuna Finance Ltd., Playing with the future of public and their money...not even explanation, replies to letters and not even giving hopes at least...cheaters...I strongly believe there are so many big shots involved in this scam thats why no one is taking initiative to act against this company...please do the need full to the depositors who had invested with lots of hopes on the company's good will...

Nagarjuna Finance Limited — Nonpayment of FD nos C 50400000123 and C 50102000813

I had deposited against FDR Nos C[protected] andC [protected] maturing on 13/1/2002 for an amount of Rs 50,000 each.I have not received the maturity amount.

Nagarjuna Finance Limited — non payment of maturity amount

sir, i deposited Rs37000/-fdr no:c[protected],and Rs13000/-fdr nodep:c[protected], and the maturity dates are dt[protected] and dt[protected].when i approached the official of the company i was told that the amount will be paid by dt[protected],vide rect no17/mmdt[protected] but the amount was not paid till to date.Hence i request you to kindly settle the problem.

Nagarjuna Finance Limited — Non Payment of FD

My father had paid 10,000 at Nagarjuna Finance Limited with FD receipt no: C[protected] and C[protected] of each 10,000. He supposed to recieve amount back on 25/4/2001 but he did not recieve till date.
Could you please let me know what to do now?
