[Resolved]  Lic Health Plus — Name Addition Not Avail

I wish to include my son’s name in the above policy and I requested my policy’s LIC agent. Now the my agent is say my son name is added my policy but my policy amount can't be revised (problem is on software).

RESPECTED SIR,

WITH DUE RESPECT I BEG TO SAY THAT I HAVE PURCHASE A POLICEY NO H-025/[protected] UNDER THE SCHEME HEALTH PLUS THROHGH LIC KHATAULI BRANCH DIST MUZAFFAR NAGAR . DUE TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE TO THE AGENT THOUGH WHOM THE ABOVE POLICU WAS PURCHASED, THE PREMIUM OF POLICY TO COVER THE RISK UNDER THE SCHEME IS SETTLED RS. 15000/- PER YEAR FOR MY FULL MAMILY INCLUDES

2. SMT. ARCHANA DEVI WIFE
3. AWASH SON
4. SHIVANI DAUGHTER

BUT WHEN THE POLICY BOND RECEIVED, IT HAS BEEN OBSURVED THAT MY SON AWASH IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE POLICY. IN THIS CONNECTION I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED AND APPLICATION TO LIC KHATULI BRANCH TO RECTY THE CAUSE. BUT NO ANY REPLY YET RECEIVED FRON THE SAID BRANCH.

SIR IT IS THERREFORE REQUESTED THAT –

1. I AM PAYING PREMIUM FOR MY FULL FAMILY . KINDLY INCLUDES THE NAME OF MY SON IN THE SAME POLICY
2. IF IT IS NOT POSILBLE KINDLY INCREASE THE SIZE OF POLICY FOR RISK COVER UNDER PLAN
3. I BOOTH NOT POCIBLE KINDLY REDUCE THE PREMIUM FOR THREE PERSONS OF MY FAMILY HAS B EEN COVERED UNDER THE SCHEME.
4. SIR NO RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM TOL FREE NO [protected] WRITTEN ON THE CARD ISSUED UNDER THE PLAN, AFTER REPEATED CALLS
5. SIR MY YEARLY PREMIUM DEPOSITING DATE IS 14 MAY. REPLAY ON THE SUBJECT MAY KINDLY BE SENT THROUGH RETUN E/MAIL ON MY ID – [protected]@GMAIL.COM. SO THAT I CAN DEPOSITE MY PREMIUM WITH OUT ANY HESITATION
