[Resolved]  Namrata Gas agencies — Poor response

Hi

Namrata Gas agency (KUKATPALLY) is worst Gas agency. It is very hard to connect to their phone line.when we get connected to their phone line, We get Rash/Care less response from them and they disconnect the phone without any conclusion.

Indian Oil Corporation has to think to continue their services, If they are not changing their attitude we need to complaint directly to IOCL.

I hope with this they will change.

NAMRATA GAS AGENCY is worst gas agency .it is very hard to connect the phone line.when we get connected the phone line then get no response and if their lift the call then get rash/ careless job ... please action on this complaint.
i have booked gas from till 2 months and booking at 4 times but it cancelled ... i have only one cylinder and i have no idea what to do next ... finally once i am going to office and tell ouyr problems but he refused directly.. and telling your booking is cancelled sir and you have to book one more time ... then i will book one more time ok...but it is again cancelled ... ok now you tell what i do now...
please seriously action on this complaint ...

NAMRATHA GAS AGENNCY will not give proper response...if we r dailing we will get root busy...so 1 day finished on dailing the next day starts again same satuation if we get the line connection they will not lift the phone 2nd day wasted so they were not lifting the phone if we got phone connection they will tell it will take 15 days/21dys/10days reason they were giving no stock r it is festival season... wwe were having 1 cylinder so we applied to 2nd cylinder they said it will take 6months so what is our position now...TO WHOM THEY WERE GIVING

The most worst gas agency i have seen till now.They have good demand in kukatpally. That is the main reason for this kind of response.
I am not happy with Namratha Gas Agency services. As I had booked for refill on 4.9.2013. The joke is, after 13 days, I had received a message on 17.9.2013 saying that against your refill booking cash memo generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly. But after waiting for delivery I had again received a message on 21.9.2013 that your refill booking was cancelled. I was shocked. But onceagain I received message on 23.9.2013 that against your refill booking cash memo generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly. Did you know that what was the time I received the message " 11:34 " in the night.

So this are the services of Namratha Gas Agency. They did not guarantee when will be the actual cylinder will be delivered and how many times refill will be booked and cancelled. This problems are frequently happened.

For these type of services govt. introduces Aadhar Card and asks the people to link-up the same with the bank account numbers and gas agencies to give subsidy. God knows who will receive the subsidies properly for long time.

i have booked a gas cylinder on 11march 2014, but they sold out the gas in black and updated the status as delivered.I think this is the worst gas agency.
this is worst worst and worst agency. I have booked the gas on 15th oct I got message on 20th that gas was delivered but till now we dint receive gas no phone response no senc gas agency.
1. Worst Agency... Need to think of re-organizing the management. Whenever I go to office, I see at least one quarrel.

2. The staff is very arrogant and reckless to the customers

3. They never think of solving the problems

4. Service is poor. We usually get the booked cylinder only after15-20 days. If we have only 1 cylinder this will become problematic.

5. The phone rings but will not be taken up.

Worst possible ever...
Recently I shifted my connection to Namratha due to our location change. To enroll the service in this agency, I went to them for 4 times for 3 days. Very very careless and lazy, idler.

Really employees of Namratha Agency are worst employees I never ever seen in my life. They are reckless response. Some times they sleep in office only. If we ask any question, they will reply after 5 minutes.

Today I called to their land line for booking cylinder for 20 times at least. No one is picking the call.
