I am Dhiraj Prajapati. I have purchased Maruti A-Star on 31st March 2010.
GJ-18 AH 3985 from Nanda Motors, Gandhinagar,Gujarat. Actually there was a scheme by Nanda Motors, if i book the car from 23 to 31 March, Nanda Motors will give Reebok jacket worth Rs. 2500/- and i have booked car on 23 March 2010. But till date i have not received the gift.So many times i have approached to General Manage of Nanda Motors but they do not response properly and seems they try to avoid conversation with me. Even they told me that i am not in the list to get gift. They have behave very badly and there was agent named Atul Darji (Nanda Motors), was agree to give me the gift.Even he was agree to give me Rs. 2500/- cash. But now he is also giving excuses for my gift.Now i feel that i should have taken writing from General Manager that they will give me the gift. It seems they do not care about customer once the car is delivered to me. This is very bad experience from Nanda Motors.They need to get lesson how to behave with customer, How to maintain the relation with the customer. It is worst service ever i have got from Nanada Motors.You are requested to take needful action and hence i can get my gift.
