[Resolved]  National Securities Depository Limited — PAN Card Application

Sir,
I applied for PAN card online (acknowledgement no. [protected]) about a month back. After which i recieved a mail from NSDL stating that there is a discrepency in my application. The discrepencies stated by them were as follows-
1)Proof of Identity submitted by you does not contain the "first name"in expanded form as written in the application form.
2) Proof of Address submitted by you does not contain the "first name"in expanded form as written in the application form.

I mailed them and also tried to contact their call centre in order to find out the way out. I am not sure if I have to submit a new application form or I have to send them document which has my name in expanded form as all my certificates have my first name in initials.However all my efforts to reach their call centre went in vain as nobody ever attends the call. Kindly help me out.

National Securities Depository limited — Non-delivery of PAN CARD, Ack No.050420500500753

I had applied for new PAN Card alongwith fees Rs.67/- and Acknowledgement No. [protected] dt. 02/05/08. Though PAN No. alloted but till now that PAN Card not delivered me. Inspite of several request/reminders, they have not delivered this. Pls. see the matters seriously as it is a defficiancy of service.

application received at patna on 3rd aug.2012,acknowledgement no [protected], but application sent for processing by courier Feedex India on 23rd aug. vide pod[protected]. please take strict action for unusual delay.
