NO REFUND / NO ALLOTMENT OF PLOT

Dear All Members
I had booked a plot in upcoming project named NRI HILLS on NH-8 by the company Natraj Buildwell Limited ( Mahipalpur) and paid Rs 190000 through cheque. I kept on inquiring about the project but the director, Mr Satish Kumar Gupta and his staff kept assuring that the project will be launched very soon. Its around 4 years neither the project has come, nor he is refunding the money. Can any one help me in the matter?

i disagree. i got my refund though i pursued and made several calls and remained in touch with satish kumar gupta who assured me to refund as soon as funds are mobilised and ultimately i got refund. you also remain in contact with company so that you could get your refund when funds become available in the company.

Dear Mr. Agarwal,

You may disagree because you have got your refund. But I have still not got any refund and unable to contact Mr. Gupta. I am a poor lady & helpless. Can any one can help me to get my refund.
