[Resolved] NATRAJ BUILDWELL LIMITED — NOT REFUNDING BOOKING AMOUNT | |||
Dear All Members I had booked a plot in upcoming project named NRI HILLS on NH-8 by the company Natraj Buildwell Limited ( Mahipalpur) in october 2006 and paid Rs 262500 through cheque. I kept on inquiring about the project but the director Mr Satish Kumar Gupta and his staff kept assuring that the project will be launched very soon. Its around 4 years neither the project has come, nor he is refunding the money. I do not know that how many persons like me have been victimized by him . Now I am planning to file a civil as well as criminal case against him. If there are more persons who has invested there hard earned money like me can join me. Even i had invested in one of his so called matheran(Navi Mumbai) project, i have received the cheque but the same has bounced. If any one of you have any info about his whereabouts, let me know.

Friends I have also invested with Natraj Buildwell in their project at Shahpura and Ajmer Road, After so many reminder Mr. Satish Gupta is fooling. Af some one is taking pain to file judicial case against his company kindly call back.
