i get a massg from bank that get a prize of huge mony but process fee to get mony 24000/-indian rupees for legal process what i do ????????? it is responceblelty of bank that give answer

natwest bank wining prize — winning prize
I recieved the mail regarding i won the prize 2,50,000 GBP Shall I proceed or not and is that true or fake i get a massage from bank that get a prize of money. but process fee to get money 310 pound for legal process. what i do ??? it is responcibility of bank that give answer.
