Dear Sir/Madam, We are subscribed navbharat times daily hindi news paper. Now a days they are running a TAMBOLA Game under the heading as NBT TAMBOLA. And any person who completes lines or house has to register on their given number. But the number they have provided is constantly ringing ..but nobody answers that its a not a fare practice in the interest of consumers. We have got our tambola ticket line completed and since then we are trying to contact them at this number 45543900..it is constantly ringing but no one is answering it . This schemes seems to be floated just only to get subscriber base larger. But when the time of fulfilling their words these companies do play tricks like this, not answering the phone and when somebody claims later on they will say the time is lapsed. Please handle the complaint.

It is definitely going to have a negative impact on NBT's reputation if they donot have any proper means of fulfilling their schemes, as eventually the readers time is getting wasted. It is definitely going to have a negative impact on NBT's reputation if they donot have any proper means of fulfilling their schemes, as eventually the readers time is getting wasted. I am facing the similar problem.Since morning of 21st June my family and myself are trying to register the tambola win at the given no. If it is not registered I plan taking the complaint to consumer disputes redressal forum and discontinue with both hindi as well as english edition of the newspaper. I am seriously thinkink of starting a blog on the usbject of such farudulent activities by companies. Even telecom companies seem to be running a racket.

Nav bharat times is utter non sense, company should be sued for same. NBT is a part of times of india group, it is unbelievably shocking.. If this remains to be the case then they are going to lose the customers instead of adding more customer. I won the game 6 but at calling on 45543900 nobody picks up the phone.. they have confirmed me that my name is selected and wil get the prize with in next two weeks.
Since I have not received any gift/prize I again called up that number. This time they told me that comupter is selecting the Winners randomly and only 2000 winners will be given gifts.
This is utter non-sense. When they are promoting their Game then no where it is mentioned that only 2000 winners will be selected.
This is only the Gimmick to increase the circulation of paper nothing else.
