WE UNABLE TO SUBMIT THIS MONTH BILL AS YOU HV TO ADJUST THE LAST BILL (EXCESS PAYMENT MADE) KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IMMED. TO AVOID DISCONNECTION

I REQUEST YOU TO DO THE NEEDFUL IMMED. SO THAT WE WILL ABLE TO PAY THE BILLS IN CORRECT TIME ATLEAST IN FUTURE.

I have an electricity connection from NDPL company with K.no.[protected]Y in the name of Pradeep Rohilla. This connection is installed at T-106 Shivaji Nagar Gali no. 4 Narela Delhi 110040.My normal bill for two month was about Rs.900 since last many years. But from last four month this has been increased to about Rs.4000 and Rs3000 respectivly. This excess billing has been started after my complaint is attended by NDPL employee for no electricity.This is to inform you that no extra load is attached during this period.Our home is closed at 0900 in morning and opened at 1500hr as I and my wife are working and my children come at 1500hr. Now you can yourself guess that how much electricity will be used by us.This excess billing has been disappointed me very much. Kindly arrange to check and verify our excess billing complaint and adjust our excess payment in next bill

My wife and I are senior citizens and now from May 2009 we are facing hard to pay excess amount of NDPL ELECTRICITY BILLS as they are raising in each coming bill. for example the Month of January and March Bills amount wwere Rs. 1860.00 and 1260.00 butMay bill amount is Rs.3820.00 and july august bill amount is Rs. 9780.00. See the difference, though we are using same units and lights.
May we request to give us justice and ask NDPL to check our meter and if they have raised unwanted tarrif must reduced and adjust excess amount in coming month's bill with notifying us.

EXCESS BILLING

I have deposited my latest bill of the above K.No.[protected] on 24th Sept.’2009 for Rs.1.650/-. Before this bill I had received a bill of Meter Reading 1325 i.e.for Rs.5, 250/-. But I have not paid due to wrong meter reading. I have made a complaint on your call centre. After complaint I have received a rectified bill of Rs. 1, 650/-. But today I saw that this bill is wrong. You have change our meter on 15/06/09 and this is the first bill for the period from 15/06/09 to 28/08/09 ( Two Months and 13 Days ).
You are requested to please check you have charged only 70 Units @ 2.45 per unit instead on 369 units, because the period of this bill is two months and 13 days. Kindly correct the bill and credit the excess amount in my next bill and oblige.
