Nokia 3600 Slide — Neglegence of service

This is to inform you that I had bought a Nokia 3600 slide phone 3 months ago. Last week some how it slipped from my hand and fell into water. I rushed to a nokia care centre(StarryTell Nokia Care Centre, Kolkata.[protected] with the problem of water locking. Then the problem with the phone was that the display was blank. Though the phone was within the warranty period, one of the employees said that Nokia does not provide warranty facility in case of water locking problem. I was told that Power Ic of my mobile is not in ok condition and was charged Rs. 400/- for it's replacement. But as soon as i brought back home my phone after repairing from the service centre, I found that----

The power switch by which I could switch off / on my mobile is not working

I have to take the battery off my phone if i wish to switch it off

Many times the mobile gets hanged automatically

Many times it goes off automatically and again restarted

Now, I just want to know whether the Power IC had been replaced or not OR whether your mechanics had any problems while repairing my mobile??? I had gone to the service centre again with my problems, a receptionist told me that it can cost more to solve these problems.
My question is why should I pay more as I have already paid for water locking problem. Was not it your responsibility to check the handset thoroughly whether it is OK or not and then deliver it to the customer?What do you suggest me now what should I do?
