i buy a domain & hosting (ASKSUBRAT.COM) from Net4.in on 19/5/08 & even till today (26/05/08) i'm not able to use the same. as ftp is not working . i have called them at least 20 times but result is remain same.
It is true that the customer service of net4 is more than pathetic. Whatever query you send, they will give some stupid reply and say the problem is resolved whereas the problem would be just the same. I wanted them to solve my problem of the need to have a sub domain and now even after months together, they could not resolve the problem. If you try to mail a call, the call never goes or the call connects to a recorded voice asking you to wait and you end up paying the telephone bill and never does the call get really connected. So if you make 10 calls and each time you wait for 10 mins... you end up losing Rs.100/- plus the problem would be still unresolved ! For more than the past two weeks, I have not been able to login to my FTP site (hosting). It is showing some stupid errors and they are telling that it is resolved, however, the real reason for it seems like that the hosting is going to end next month and I am yet to send them the payment. However, what right do they have to block me when hosting is going to end only next month and also even though I have applied for renewing the same.
If you are in India it is not recommended to go for net4, but still you can try, but if you are not in India, then u would end up paying international call bills without any use. Well if you dont believe, right now call +[protected] and see if you are able to get to their customer support !
