Not able to open our emails from our paid domain of vidares.com since more than 5 months. Important official emails are not being able to access. Net4 customer care number are also not working...

I applied for a domain transfer auth code and accordingly received an email asking me to confirm my request. But nothing happened after that. All the tickets have disappeared too. Please help....

I have a hosting with Net4 from my domain which is with different vendor. Now my domain is not working due to some hosting issue at net4 . I tried contacting them over phone, email, and ticket but nothing is working.

I'm a web developer and have a partners account with Net4. Ihave registered several domains with Net 4 India. Now, I'm not able to renew or transfer out domains from the company. Helpdesk and email support is now non existent. Please provide a solution as soon as possible....

I am unable to transfer domain from Net 4 to other registrar. Everytime, i am getting the same response, "Your request is in progress" but i am not getting any auth code either on email or phone.
Their phones and emails are also not working....

It looks like Net4 is no longer in business. Their website works and nothing else.

This is a pathetic company. I do not understand how the owner can sleep when they cannot provide what they have promised.

Phone number does not work.
Chat does not work
They do not respond to emails....

I wish to transfer a few of my domains from net4. However, i am not getting any support and help from net4 team. Either in terms o[censored]nlocking the domain or in authorization code.

The customer contact number is perpetually busy and is almost impossible to get through. Not sure how will this be resolved....

We paid for a domain renewal. The payment went through but the domain is still stuck at "in-progress" for renewal. Our company corporate site is still down and all our email ids are not working. We are losing critical business and clients because of this....

We renewed our registration and domain name with net4 through two neft payments. The first one was recorded properly and our hosting was renewed normally. The payment for the domain name was not recorded properly and this company let our domain name lapse. They are not making any effort to recover our domain name in spite of repeated emails between us and them....

I purchased a hosting on 3rd may 2017. For the whole day i spent my time in setting up the database. It was very very very slow. I called them, and their customer service was very poor and rude.

My fixed deposit receipt no 2496 dt 24/1/11 has matured on 8/1/14, principle amount Rs 200000 (Two Lacs). A cheque no 308457 issued on citi bank was dishonored. Hello Sir, Recently i transferred my domain 'shipee.com' from Godaddy to Net4. Since then i'm trying to contact Net4 for my username so that i can proceed further. I tried contacting them n number of times through there online customer care, telephone and personal e-mail as well. But not even a single call was answered and i just got single reply from them to all my mails and that too was extraneous. The problem is my site is out of service...

This company deals with internet services but they are not serious about their work.
" They have proprietary control panel where: you can't assign write perms (need to issue trouble ticket for it, which takes about 1 day to get resolved), they automatically revoke write perms from directories, no Asp.net full trust. Ftp Jams, Technical staff is non-technical, they just reply to tickets without even reading them properly....

i buy a domain & hosting (ASKSUBRAT.COM) from Net4.in on 19/5/08 & even till today (26/05/08) i'm not able to use the same. as ftp is not working . i have called them at least 20 times but result is remain same....
