I am sorry to hear your difficulties with your ford car. Even i have the worst experiences with ford and its service people. I am updating and contacting people having trouble with ford. We have purchased Ford Figo in october 2010 from your Lathangi motors, Banergatta Road, Bangalore. Oure registration No KA 41 N 8558.
We are sorry to inform you that more than 4-5 time we have sent vehical to your work shop Cauvery -ford for the following major manufacturing defect:
1. Suspention - When ever its cross hump, pot holes its give big BANG sound, this is from the day be have purchase the figo.Your expert engineers do somthig and give us the vehical back and again within week BANGING SOUND start from the wheel are. So now we understand it is totally manufacturing defect or you used poor quality of suspention spring in this particular vehical to save the money.
2. When we travel in the figo, its give horizontal sacking and due to this myself and co- passenger started backache and now we have to run to doctor clinic and lot of maney spent due to your fault of poor quality spare usedby you.
3. Very poor pick-up in busy city area and we have to pull the car in 1st gear and burn more petrol and spent more money.Its giving less Milage also.
WE ARE SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT ONCE AGAIN WE HAVE SENT OUR FIGO TO CAUVERY FORD YESTERDAY[ 12.09.2011] WITH ALL THIS COMPLAIN.
PLS . NOTE IF YOUR ARE NOT GOING TO RECTIFY YOUR MANUFACTURING DEFECT WE ARE FORCE TO MAKE COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT.
