[Resolved]  New Look Laser Clinic Noida — Refusal to Refund, after bad result

This clinic is totally fraud they just taking only money and doing a job just for money and do not give any positive response to their client. I paid 25000/- thousand and did not get any result on my face. And they also doing wrong commitment at the time of consult.

i m totally agree with you all. i also took treatment for acne & Scar Removal from new look laser clinic, gurgaon. i have taken 7 sitting of microderma & 7 Sitting of chemical peel. there is lady ( ms. arti) at gurgaon office of new look. i sent a mail to [protected]@newlooklaserclinic.com but they doesn't listen. i spent 16000/- now they are calling me to take laser treatment. kya kare loot liya humme.

i took the services of new look laser clinic, gurgaon for acne & scar removal.
my dermologist name is aarti. i came there through advertisement. she promised me that your face can become normal. she told me you have to take some sitting of microderma, chemical peel, she told me the problem : pigmentation problem, scar problem. she told me that your face will become normal in 10 sittings. but thik nahi hua. i became totally fed up.
Even i mailed them at [protected]@newlooklaserclinic.com, but they doesn't listen, i demand refund from them. after some sitting they told me that you have to take some more sitting but no gurantee.

they are fake.

government should not give licencse to them.

aam admi ki hope tod thede hai.

i m a student & belongs to middle class family

all my savings are lost.

i cant go to consumer court, because i cant bear the expenses of lawyer

I am totally agree with you all... I didn't take the services from New look... but there are many same kind of places in the market... which takes a lot of money... says so many big things on the time of joining... but on the name of services they are just fail... i should say zero... I already spend a lot of money and time for laser hair removal for face... from one of this kind of fraud clinic... now again looking for the services from any other clinic.. n come to this page... thanks to you all for giving your reviews... I think these people couldn't help us... :(

A BIG “NO” TO NEW LOOK LAZER CLINIC, (Specially Greater Noida centre). FAKE, RUDE, & CHEAT.
In beginning they will assure you that in few sittings your unwanted hairs will be permanently removed.
Even they have put a banner on their reception counter stating “only two people can remove your unwanted hair permanently… and GOD is busy”.
I took several sittings for under chin hair removal from New Look Noida centre. In beginning they said that these are very minor hairs and will be permanently removed in 3 to 4 sittings. But even after 6-7 sittings the problem was as it is. When I asked them about this, they said these hairs cannot be removed permanently you have to take regular sittings for this.
Then I took 2 sittings from Greater Noida centre. The first sitting was done by PRIYA, she was a nice & polite girl. After sitting she told me that if you find any problem you can come for touch up/ Follow up sitting within one week’s time. Even the Noida center offered me follow up sittings.
But the second sitting was a horrible experience. Priya left the job and new lady there (named JYOTI) is very very rude. There is some renovation work going on at their centre. No proper arrangements were there for treatment. She started my treatment on a chair in their counseling room with a hurry as if she had to catch a train (God Knows). After treatment, when I reached home I saw a patch of hair left by her to be removed/ treated. I called her immediately, in the beginning she was not agreed to accept that she has left any hair to be treated and also said that there is no such thing like touch up / follow up. When I asked her that I can come to her clinic to show the patch she said please come on Wednesday (4 days after the treatment) I called her on Wednesday but she did not picked her phone. On Thursday I again called her, this time a male picked the phone and said that madam is out of station you can call later. On Sunday I again called her, this time she picked the phone and again said the same story that it is not possible that any patch has been left to be treated. I asked her to at least see it once for which she agreed very unwillingly. I went there, after examining the patch, to my surprise, she said that this is not a left over patch; this is re growth for which I have to take fresh sitting. I told her that I am in touch with you for this patch from the day I got the sitting, how can it be a re growth on the very same day of treatment. But she was so arrogant & rude that I preferred to leave the centre rather than auguring that lady.
I have decided not to go ever to any New Look Lazer clinics for any treatment. Search on google you will find so many complaints & negative remarks about New look lazer clinic.

They are the worse people and they dont deserve to be call Human, they cheated looted peoples, owner Mr Upadhay should be arested for running fake and untrained un- qualified staffs.

Hey, Is it true? They said me same thing, I had only 1 sitting and I've 0 result. They told me you should take atleast 3-4 sitting to see the result and made a package for me of 10000rupees. Thank you girls. I have paid only 1 sitting yet. I'll not going there at all. Totally money wasted.

100% bakwaass clinic hai, never go there, they commited for 80 % positive result but only 10% i got after 10 sittings.. now they saying for more sitting or laser treatment but now i cannot trust on them.. iska licence band hona chaiye.

NEW LOOK Laser Clinic...What to say? I am already taking facial hair maintenance session from some other clinic which uses NDYAG laser though it has not much effect but could be a possibility that I am suffering from PCOD. However the kind of coarse hair I had on my chin n upper lips have reduced a lot but still keep coming back in patches every 3 to 6 months. Thinking all this, I thought to switch to NEW LOOK as recommended by my sister as they use DIODE laser. So I went with my sister to the NEW LOOK clinic 2 months back (April 2015) where I was told that for 8 sessions, I have to pay Rs 21000 that too for maintenance session. I have already spent so much that I was not willing to go with it till I get any more discount. Point to be noted- No discount at that time. Now they are running promotional offers wherein they stated that they will be giving 50% discount. Being from a middle class family, felt like this is the best deal so called in customer service at NEW LOOK (Lajpat Nagar) and they totally denied what they committed earlier and was quiet rude too.. On top of that when I told them that they should not provide wrong information to the customers which might tarnish their reputation and to my surprise the answer which I got that NEW LOOK is well established and one customer complain doesn't matter. This is the kind of customer service they provide and I am happy that I have not taken any package from them. I really don't understand what kind of discount they offer..

Horrible experience. went for treatment worth RS 40000..no improvement at all. Please never visit this clinic even at Lajpat Nagar.. they are only concerned about making money by hook or by crook
