[Resolved] NIIT — Complaint for refund of fees | |
Dear Sir / Madam Re : Registration Code :- R[protected], STR ID :- A[protected] Sub. : Complaint for refund of fees With reference to the above please note that I, Abhijit Biswas, was the student of IGNIIT in the year 2000 of Hazra Centre. You are aware that the said course is divided in to two parts one is DNIIT comprising of 4 semesters and the other is PP (Professional Practice) for 1 year. I have completed the DNIIT but your institute could not provide me the other part of the course i.e. PP as result I have not received the certificate of IGNIIT. In this context you are also aware that not only me but all the student of our batch could not complete the second part of the said course. You are also aware that I have taken the education loan from Citi Bank for the said course but unfortunately I have not received any placement from the institute. Recently, I am getting disturbed by the lout of Citi Bank for the recovery of said loan. I hereby request you to provide me the following details with documentary evidence immediately 1. Amount received from the bank on my behalf by way of fees 2. Breakup of amount received from banks You are also requested to return the fees received from bank on my behalf since I am unable to complete the course because of your false commitment Please provide me the details and return the fees to Citi Bank immediately with intimation to me. I AM AN IGNIIT STUDENT OF CHURCHGATE BRANCH RIGHT NOW IN SEM B, I HAD EXPERIENCE THE TEACHING OF FACULTY IN MY SEM - A, NIIT KABHI JOIN MAT KARNA KYUNKI NIIT CHOOR HAI . IT IS ONLY THE PROFIT MAKING INSTITUTE THAT'S IT . IT IS THE WORST INSTITUTE OF THE WORLD . PLZZ YE SAB KO BATA DO . YE SAALE PAISE KAMA RAHE HAI OR SAB BACCHO KI ZINDAGI BARBAAD KAR RAHE HAI. Dear sir,
With a lot of faith and trust, I had joined NIIT on November, 2009. I opted for PCIFA course which comes under NIIT (UNIQUA) and contains two modules i.e. communication course and finance course. But NIIT people told me that a new batch will start after six months and your name is included in it. So I waited for six months. Than they told me that course should contain atleast 10 students and till that date there were only six and after four more students join, i can attend some demo classes which was for other students and i can sit in the lab. So hardly there were 3 to 4 classes after which i waited for more 4 to five months and there was no response from NIIT regarding the course. And when I approached them, they told me that I have to write an assesment test and mark the attendence and the next batch will start very soon. So with the help of Vishnu sir (communication trainer) I gave the assesment and he told me to mark present in attendence sheet and fill feedback form and I did what all was told by Vishnu sir.
And from that time till now, I have not attended one class. Than NIIT branch got shifted from babu khan estate to basheerbagh near Mor medical. And than, I came into contact with Harini mam, one of the head of NIIT. And she told that, there was no faculty and I have to wait till the faculty comes. So I waited for more 5 to 6 months. And when I approached her again, I was told that it will take few more months. Again I waited. Than she told that she has spoken to her manager and he told that he would refund my fees. From that time till now, harini madam is fooling me, niether she is picking up the phone, niether she is in the office and when I meet her by chance she told me that its in progress. And I came to meet one more person, Debiprasad. I told him the whole story and he told me to write a mail.
Sir, I kindly and with a lot of hope writing this mail to refund my money as I have lost faith and trust in NIIT. And hope so within a short time period. My details are mentioned below. Waiting for a quick reply.
