I own a NISSAN MICRA vehicle bearing registration number AP 28 DH 3999 i have purchased this vehicle on 23/12/2010 and from the day one the service of the vehicle is being done at your service center even a headlight is being replaced at your service center
but from the past few service i am undergoing a worst service experience the way they talk and deal with the customer is just horrible recently i have booked a service on 24/09/2010 but till to-date there is no response the break liner and pads which is te most essential part of any vehicle need to be replaced but there's no response how can i run a vehicle without break this kind of service is just horrible
there is a 'MY TVS' multi brand car service center on my leased out property just few steps away from my home in-spite of the tvs service center located on my property i am preferring the company service center and waht do i expect in return this kind of service.
i even complained Mr Vinod D.G.M laxmi Nissan But still there's no response now tell me what do i need to do and what will your action on my complaint.
