[Resolved]  Nissan Sunny 2013 — missing spare parts

Dear all

please note that i brought Nissan sunny 2013 car and I found t hat the glass machine related to the driver door doesn't work after buying the car by only one work. The maintenance service center told me that the spare parts for the glass machine isn't available because the Nissan Japanese factory didn't send it yet to Egypt and they don't know when it will come from Nissan Japanese factory.Please advise when this part will come to Egypt.
