my name is amit gupta i placed a order of spy cam pen 16 gb my order no 432145 i got defected pen that is not working when i call naptol they told that call 1 hour later always so plesae return my money as soon as posible i am not satisfy with naptol this is fraud company they are cheating costomer by giving attractive ad so please do some action on them

I to have very bad experience with naptol. I am following up for my refund ( oreder ref 167742) from last four month. Every time i call them they say it will be done in 7 to 10 working days. but there is no limit for this now all most more then 100 days have passed
