India Today Book Club - Bag It Today — no recd the items ordred | |
I had placed order thru the India today book club - bag it today for a reebok watch and paid the money thru my credit card. when i did not receive the shipment i sent a e mail in reply to theier confirmation of hte order. i got a mail from some sami hassan saying the same has been despathecd on the 27th dec. by exp. it courier. and also giave a consignment note no. till date not recd and so i call up their nos and am told that the no. given is wrong. and they cant tell me hte correct nos and worstis they are not able to locate the order. even though i hv given them the billing id no. iven by them. they are not ready to talk and the call centre girls are not helpful. is htis a genuine india today group or is a fraud comapny can any one help i a reproducing the e maili got from them Dear Member, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. hey guys don't order any goods from "india today book club - bag it today". this is false company, don't believe on this, i was ordered Bata bag, Reebock watch and wallet but those are not genuine. so, please don't order any from india today book club, don't believe. thanks
false company i they ar offered me if purchasing of track suite you will get Rs 5000 worth holiday ticket and as well Rs25000/- worth diamond jewelery voucher after placing order there is no jewelery voucher . and saying it mis communication, after receiving order the quality of product they send incorrect i ordered large size, they sended me small size, even though i called complained also there is no proper responce, even i am unable to collect holiday vocher .THIS IS BIG S CANDLE FALTHU Company were they tempt the people and earn money on dead budy, s and also attitude of employ's is sheet on there faces blade company

This is true 10000% because i have ordered on 11th June and not received till date. I have called about 10 times and every time they ask me to call after 48hrs. There are about 16mails in correspondence and no delivery. Recently they say that the billing was done on 9th July but still not dispatched. This is the worst online shopping i have ever seen. To hell with this site. Instead of offers better you give the best service. The offers are only to attract.
My Name is Kiran Kanth From Bangalore ( Karnataka) Mobil No [protected]I had been offered 200000/- worth of gift voucher diamond jewelry for that Mr: Anu Deep and Mr: Vinod Chowdrey had ask me to Purchase 32’’ LCD TV Worth of 31498/- to clam this offer my ID NO[protected] and i Had paid this amount one month back after two days again they asked me to pay 15000/- by telling some it is mandatory to clam this gift I also paid 15000/- I suppose to get this TV And gift voucher with in a week but now again they calling and asking me to pay 15000/- to 25000/- to clam the same offer now I told I don’t want any offer please pay my money back but now that are telling with out paying you cant clam this is open cheating .please any concert person or managers please do the needful to get my money back .i have faith in India today book club.

My name is kiran kanth Mobil no [protected] in September 02/10 from India bag today one Mr:Anu Deep and Mr:Vinod Chowdhery called me and offered that you had won 200000/- diamond gift voucher from surat jewelers to clam this you have to purchase 32’’ Sansui LCD TV for that they asked me to pay by card on the next day I had paid 31498 ( Booking ID[protected] After receiving the payment next day they asked me to pay another 588 /- + 588/- I had paid that also again they demanded to pay 15000/- by telling to clam its mandatory now I had paid about 470000/-
Till last week I didn’t received any thing from India today last week I got a call from India book today and asked me to pay another 24000/- to purchase Mobil saying that if you wont pay you cant get the TV On the same day i asked Mr: Vinod Choudary (Manager) regarding this I told gift voucher is with me I can send with in a hour in between there was a quarrel between and they were fighting each other then I send a mail. and by evening I got the TV But till now they didn’t given the gift voucher by showing the gift voucher they made to purchase the TV now I had paid 47000/- I got 20000/- TV This is openly I had been cheated from India Book Today kindly concert department or higher authority get my money back or do the necessary needful and please make sure I should not happen to anyone.
