[Resolved] Nokia 1209 — Service centre not giving the handset back | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I Purchased Nokia 1209 in Jan. 2009. But I think that its the worst selection of purchase I have ever made. My handset Nokia 1209 was faulty and I have given that for repair on Sep. 21,2009 for a small Problem "No Outgoing Audio" on Job Sheet No.2561. Further it was told on my second visit that my handset will be replaced under guarantee, as its not repairable. Since that, I have been to your Care Centre for more than 15 times. Today Also (Nov 13,2009) I have been their and they gave me the same response that company H.O. is poor and they are not sending the handset back so come again after 5 days and customer care executives are too harsh and rude on customer dealing. I am not so free to go to Customer Centre again and again. I have meet lots of dissatisfied customers sitting at care Office, who are coming to care centre for the last 6 months for collecting their Phone Sets. If this is how Nokia Cares for their Customers. Then I am sorry to say that its the worst ever company and I will never Buy Nokia product again and also suggest to others I know for not buying Nokia handsets. NOKIA 1209 — MY NOKIA 1209 IS NOT RECIEVING THE CALLS
My Nokia 1209 just purchased 3 days before, was recieving the calls but when i want to ok the calls ok button is not functioning.this is a verry serious matter. i want to replaced my handset. but no one is responding me.
