[Resolved]  Nokia 1650 — automatic switch off while selecting ringtone settings

hi im madhavi i bought one 1650 nokia recently i dont know why it is not recharging can u ple help me

i have a problem with my phone ...when i select ring tone it aotometaclly switch off

Nokia 1650 lots of software problem even after reinstall the software... Formost prob is restart automatically while selecting ringtones for specific contact.

i have same problem of swithcing off 1650 nokia set whenever i select ring tone. moreover i donot listen to ring tone.
