[Resolved] Nokia 1661 — Defective piece sold by Nokia Showroom - Valasarravakkam | |
Dear Sir, I brought Nokia 1661 in a Nokia showroom in Valasarravakkam. They have given me a defective piece. Whenever i receive an incoming call or make a outgoing call, my voice is very feeble to the other person. The showroom people said they can do nothing about it in just one week after purchase and asked me to give it to Nokia Care centre, Ashok Nagar. Three times have given it for service and my problem is still not rectified. First of all Buying a Nokia mobile from Showroom has proven wrong. Second - Nokia care centre are least bothered and no proper response from their end. What can i do? Was this information helpful? | |

nokia 1661 — handset automatically switch off and does not on
Dear sir,I have given my mobile 3 times in nokia care kuyempur nagar.but my mobile gets same
problem everytime they do not take response seriously.
Therefore kindly take my complaint.
