Respected Sir,Im MR.Bala Subrahmanyam Using Your Airtel Number [protected] Since Four Years.Recently I Changed My Plan To One Paise Offer By Recharging With RC 68 Rs.ie.,For One Second One Paise Only..But My Plan diidnt Change and It Costs For One Rupee Even Though I Talked For A Few Seconds ie.,10, 4, 9, 20,.etc..Please Rectify My Complaint as early as Possible...

my set cell no [protected] i have problem in my cell.my bsnlmy problem is the call rates are too high as compared to my original planning rate. it is a 89 power voucher where the call rate is minimum in other networks but in my case it is more than the original call rates. whenever i call from my cell to other network in locality i am charged more tahn my call rates as laid down in the original 89 power voucher.
i have lodged a lot of complaint to the call centre and my compplain number is "2764554", "2813961". but thgere was no response from the authority .please help me out in this case.
