2600classic — Regarding repairing

I gave my set to nokia care Fraser Road, Patna in june 2008. they charged approx Rs 600 for repairing. They returned the set in ten days but the problem was not totally removed. Again on 15 th july I gave set in same nokia care to remove the problems. till that date the nokia care has not returned the set. In that period they called me more than 10 times . They gave me a number[protected] to know about my set, but i didnot get anything on net.
so please take some action to return my set safely otherwise i have to take some action.

i have my Nokia 2600classic, i set my security code in 5months later and now i forgotten the security code, and now i didn't insert any sim because it needed code, what i wll do ??. Please give me some suggestions to access them .

Iam Vikas Agarwal from hyderabad given my Nokia hand set N95 8B to noika care at nampally for repair my hand set got damaged the job sheet number is[protected]/100125/13 on 25/jan/2010, already one month is over but I have not got my handset repaired and aslo Iam not receiving any call and responce from the nokia care (Nampally branch), when I went the branch on 22/feb/2010 there are talking very rashly with me, Iam requseting to nokia care to return back my handset, also iam not getting any responce from the customer care [protected] when ever iam calling to Nokia care there are telling call after 10 days
